Booked it online on the day itself and should be guarrantted. Upon checkin they did gave away the room we booked. We were transfered to a nearby place

The staff were totally incompetent no idea from management how to run a hotel staff were running around like headless chickens large queues at breakfast had 1 coffee in 5 days due to not wishing to wait for 30 minutes in queues but paid for 5 days breakfast definitely not for 5 star travellers would be totally frustrated with this hotel well below standards perhaps only for locals definitely not for international travelers very poor customer service and amenities

The only two positives: very nice staff and large rooms for a reasonable price. Downsides: 1. Paper-thin walls. Good luck going to bed early. You will hear everything inside and outside of the hotel. 2. Old rusty/dirty bathrooms. 3. Staff doesn't clean bathrooms daily. 4. Plates and cups in room were filthy.

Need to change towels. Sound insulation is poor. Bedroom is crowded. Should improve breakfast food.. Orherwie personnels are very courteous and helpful.
