The staff are superb in terms of customer service. Our car broke down & everyone was solicitous. Special mention to Noni who went out of his way to call the auto repair service & assisted us until he made sure our car was okay.

Construction was going on, which was very noisy!!!! Room has no aircon so it gets very warm. I think the management assumes that there is no need for aircon in Baguio. But Baguio’s climate has changed! We really thought it is necessary to have alternative by installing aircon unit to their rooms. Bathroom was a little dirty. Food was great though! Staff were nice.
