Cleanliness

No air conditioning, Baguio is very proud of their cooler temperatures but our room only had one window you could open so the temperature wasn't good for sleeping, they did provide a fan when we asked for one but it was pushing cool air. The hot water didn't work in the bathroom, it had a tankless water heater but maybe it had thrown a breaker or something, because it never warmed up. The safe in the room must of had dead batteries because it didn't function. The breakfast provided was also the worst we had in the Philippines, the food was cold, who likes cold scrambled eggs.We made it 2 days and then found another hotel with air conditioning. It was nonrefundable so we had to eat four days but it was worth it. The Sotogrande Hotel is right next door and it has air conditioning

Had a good stay and the check-in and check-out was very efficient. My friend checked in for us since I parked. By the time I was done, she was already in the room. Same with when I got the car for when we left. My only issue is no elevator from the parking.

Not so good, my expectation was not met. i have a reservation for 2 bedrooms can sleep 6 pax, only have 5 people with me, the living room sofa was already set up for sleeping but no blanket was provided jus a flat sheet which was not communicated during the booking the 2 bedrooms has no flat sheet just the comforter. We have to pay extra to get a blanket for the living room. The refrigerator has to be replaced because its not working. The kitchen comes with the reservation plates and cooking utensils but they don’t provide dish soap and sponge, need additional payment for it. They don't have a laundry area contradicting the amenities it offers on hotels.com. The shower has no water heater, it was fixed twice, after the 2nd time it was fixed i used the shower, in the middle of my shower the warm heater turn off, i have to finish up with cold shower. The ceiling fan turned off during the night, its not switching back on after many attempts. On our check out i reported about the water heater and the fan at the front desk. She asked me if i reported it when it happened, i was annoyed because, she was not apologetic regarding it, she made me feel like its my fault for not reporting it immediately for it to be fix. I responded that we are checking out today, I am telling you now so that it will be fix before booking someone. A note greeted us on the countertop, the last paragraph states”please refer to the Guest Compendium in your suite” folder was empty, no one knows what it is.

The room is okay but the toilet is not.. the sink is clogged

Great property..different room options to accommodate a bigger family. The place is kinda hard to find as there is not enough signs, and you can't see the hotel from the street (had to go thru a narrow st leading up to the hotel). Staffs are all very nice and attentive. Buffet breakfast is 5 star!!!👍

The property is on a hill and a short distance to the main road to access public transportation. The Hotel is clean in the lobby area but in the dinning area a noticed a dead fly on the window panes. The buffet breakfast is not so good. Bread is soggy at the bottom which seems to be stored in the refrigerator and heat. Cereal and muffin are stale. No air-conditioning so we have to open the windows and sliding door but it allows motorcycles exhaust, noise from people talking loudly, cigarette smoke and grill smoke all enter our room during the day and night. We checked out two days before we were suppose to and checked in the new airconditioned hotel next to it.

Hotel’s neighbourhood is perfect for relaxation. Room’s amenities are quite dated such as bathroom. Really enjoyed breakfast buffet at Kuya J’s. Staff are very friendly and courteous.

The skyline view room is has a nice view. The amenities inside the room was great. The staff and servers in the resto. were very friendly and polite. They are very helpful esp. if you have a disability. The cons - not convenient to shop or eat elsewhere. Generally, we would come back to this hotel.
