Azalea Hotels & Residences Baguio

The exterior of the building is great, however the room that we stayed looks old and needs upgrading. Balcony doors seemed broken and the washroom was not well kept. We expected more but was a bit disappointed.

I would've given 5 star but in the morning of our last day, I slipped in the shower hitting my head on the wall with me ending up with a bump on my head. The shower had slippery floor and when my told the front desk of what happened, they said there should've been a rubber mat but there was none. Going home with a bump on my head but otherwise, the hotel was nice. Just be careful with in the shower and ask for a rubber mat. 😄

Very clean and quiet hotel. Loved staying here on our vacation. My toddler enjoyed their little playground right outside the hotel.

I booked a 2 bedroom studio for 6 persons for an overnight stay on 12/29/24. Good value for money if you don’t mind dingy accommodations with windows and balcony facing a wall, clogged toilet, no hot water in one of the two bathrooms, and front desk staff telling you that they charge for extra towels because you asked for them on the morning of check out day instead of the night before (huh???). In short, this is not The Manor, the only place in Baguio worth staying in if you want to enjoy the city.
