Property Notes

Cathedral is undergoing refurbishments work at the rear of the hotel. Works may take place from 08:30 to 17:00 Monday to Friday. Due to the nature of the building, there are quite a lot of stairs. The hotel is in a central location in the pedestrianized city center, however, guests are welcome to drive to the hotel's front door for unloading prior to parking. Parking vouchers for the public car park cost GBP 13 for 24-hours parking. Baby cots are provided upon request only. They are not guaranteed until confirmed by the hotel. Please note all our rooms are nonsmoking this also includes the use of e-cigarettes. A deposit may be required at the property.

Continental breakfast was substantial and i could choose the healthier food i enjoy

Didn"t realise we had to pay for a full English which I don't have as a rule but often enjoy eggs on toast which wasn't offered.

Location in Canterbury was exceptional. It was a quirky Victorian property which we loved. The rooms all had names. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. We were able to leave our luggage at the hotel on day of arrival before check in and able to check in early. Breakfast was very good We were also able to leave our luggage on the day of check out and pick it up later so we could sight see without our case. The staff were lovely. Gave us a map with good restaurants. We would definitely stay again

"It’s was comfortable and friendly"

I liked the location it was right in the centre of the city. I loved the option for room service for breakfast. Also we weren’t ready to leave so we could checkout and still use the lounge area. Everything was within walking distance.

It would have been nice to have parking only for the hotel

150GBP is a lot of money to pay for a view of a courtyard filled with rubbish.
