Marrakech Ryads Parc All inclusive

The staff are very friendly especially in the kid's club. They provided a range of fun activities in French and English. Our 6 year old son Jacques loved the evening entertainment where the kids were encouraged to participate. We look forward to visiting again next year. Shout out to Na Ali, Iman and Fati. Just got back yesterday. First time at this hotel but 2nd time in Morocco. Rooms are a little dated but comfortable in lovely riads within a grassed area. No kettle for the morning,I panic a bit over that as I love my tea but soon got used to getting up and out for tea. We're situated near to The hotel one side and the pool the other. Hotel has a lovely seating area to take drinks if you don't want to go to the busier bars. Restaurant buffet style, plenty to choose from , one cooking station doing something different every day. I had octopus one day omg it was so tender and tasty. Lovely pasta bar and lovely tagines. I wasnt so keen on the snack bar by the pool but that was just my personal preference, Staff were mostly all friendly, reception staff all friendly and speak English. my partner needed medical help, they phone a chemist he talks to you then sends medication to the hotel. I would advise always tip waiters doesn't have to be much . They save you a table and top your wine up as soon as you need it 😂. Wine is exceptionally good for an all-inclusive ( I'll drink anything but I've not been able to in some places ) cocktails are nice too although I didn't like their pina colada . Shuttle bus available to take you to the city , they drop you off quite a walk to the market just keep walking stay on the left you'll get there 😂

Tout était parfait le restaurant la nourriture très correct et la gentillesse du personnel en général et l équipe d animation au top une pensée a simon marouane et Zizou...... j' y retournerai sans hésiter.

Where do I start, we just came back. First night the cats which I’m sure apart of the hotel were running around where the food is and all over the tables all over the cutlery. One cat started eating our food off the plate and when we made the staff aware and manager they didn’t care they were more bothered about caring for the French visitors more than anyone or anyone who paid them. So we didn’t eat that night, there are flies everywhere around landing on the food and they don’t move that food out it’s left there. The pool is freezing cold to the point you can’t even sit in it or just about put your feet in. The rooms are an average 1/5 dirty and mouldy. The staff are rude, when we have a problem they don’t resolve it unless we keep asking, the entertainment is all in French which isn’t ideal for any other tourists. They would come into your room for no reason. The location of the hotel is in the middle of nowhere so if you wanted to go on an evening walk you can as it’s derelict and you can only go by taxi. I don’t recommend this hotel at all don’t believe the positive reviews because it’s opposite to what it says it is. More like a 2/5 stars.

Wonderful, kind and smiley staff. Room was clean and comfortable. Everything appeared well looked after; the pool, garden, sitting areas. The party for Eid was full of joy and a privilege to be a part of. The food was great and plentiful. Very impressed all round but especially the staff who were so helpful. Thank you for a lovely stay, I hope to come back!

-1000000 booked in 2 days notice for me and my partner for treatment we were asked to pay in advance. Which was expected. But up on turning up to our appointment at 1300 we were asked at 1310 if we could come back at 1330 to which we were more than happy to but then on return we sat for 15 mins to be told we would have to cancel the staff are rude speak perfectly in English until you need answers as to when then you get the old sorry I dont speak English lol. Wasn't very clean either.
