Hotel fine until you have a problem, the reception staff uneeactive to stolen cardigan from bedroom, also when transport did not arrive twice, they could not or did not wish to help.Disappointing public relations . Disgruntled customer

Staff were excellent and the food and drinks were very good. The location was a little remote but there was a regular shuttle bus into Marrakesh. Good value for money

Just come back from a week there, staff very friendly and attentive. Hotel entrance is large and looks fantastic. It has a small shop on site which sells a small amount of toiletries and snacks(can be a bit expensive). The outsides of the site could do with updating as quite a lot of damp is affecting the rendering, rooms again very dated and dark,the bathroom had rust around the bath and again damp patches. Maid service was every day and very efficient. We stayed in the nearest block to the hotel due to having mobility issues, the pathways were very uneven to each block. The pool area was large and clean, though pool bar and snack bar wasn't open. The restaurant was a bit of an issue with birds flying around and cats (which people were feeding) and no fly zappers around food areas. Foot was hit and miss and what ever wasn't eaten the night before was put in soups and on for lunch covered in sauce IMHO. Good range of food from local to pizza/ Chinese/ Italian. But always needed heating up, luckily there was a microwave. No tongs to pick the bread up which I thought was a little unhygienic. Bars only served to you outside even when it was cold or raining. Again good choice of drinks. Could get a bit loud in the TV room .over all an average stay. Weather didn't help as it was freezing some nights. Hotel has a shuttle service into Marrakech daily, and lots of onsite rep to book trips..

Definitely not a 4-star experience!!! The room was in very poor condition — ants everywhere, furniture falling apart, tiles coming off the bathroom wall, and a dirty water mixer that clearly hadn’t been cleaned properly. Overall, the room felt neglected and unhygienic. The only positive was that the food was okay, but the room's condition completely ruined the stay.

The gardens, pool and foyer were beautiful and the spa was good, if a little lacking in the customer service department.

The whole place really needs an update and a thorough clean. The staff were pretty miserable, I understand it was Ramadan but even after fasting time it remained the same. The food was honestly awful, I was under the impression there were 3 restaurants, one was closed entirely, one was extra and seemed to just be the buffet food but served to you in a lifeless dining room and the buffet was basically the same food for breakfast, lunch and dinner every day. Nothing exciting, the same pasta in the same sauces, you could see where things were reused from leftovers the day before and tried to be made new. They had barely any utensils to serve with and if I had allergies I wouldn’t have been able to eat as there was no regard for cross contamination. The bar also ran out entirely of spirits one night which was crazy to me! It’s an all inclusive! Very limited bar also, the ‘cocktails’ were just very sweet juice. No padding on the sunbeds so were very uncomfortable which seemed to be a theme everywhere including the beds in our room which were rock hard. Overall, just not a great stay, the animation team were friendly and active but I would definitely not stay again.

Great experience, the staff is amazing , very friendly and helpful, Had the best experience at the Medina spa , the hammam and massage were great , and the hydrafacial , I left feeling silky and refreshed, Hajar the lovely spa manager was extremely helpful and very professional, leaving me very satisfied with the whole experience. Hope to return there soon 🩷
