The staff were exceptionally helpful. We were made to feel very special. No request was too much trouble. fantastic location. The massage we booked as extra was fantastic. overall an amazing holiday.

Everything was perfect! The staff was very pleasant. The manager helped me with all my questions and issues, saved my time, and helped with the car rental when I was in a hurry. The rooms are clean. Towels and bedclothing were changed regularly. The restaurant's food was excellent and fresh. The bar was cozy. Also, I tried the hotel's SPA - it was great. So, I have a very positive experience of staying in the hotel. I can recommend it!

i liked everything, good clean city hotel

The meals were very good that is not easy to find for vegetarians. Location is excellent if you want to get to the beach (that has beautiful clean water and a groove type of sand) or want to go up to the castle.

The location and nothing else as it is was the worst stay that we have had here, it was our 3 time in this hotel.

The price was increased on our arrival, the food was not fit for human consumption, I complained to the head chef to no avail, the staff we miserable hardly any waiter spoke English, the only person that had any pleasantries from was the male receptionist.
