Reception good, eat good

Food quallty is low. Tv broadcast qualty is poor.

Check-in was a breeze, Bilge did a superb job and even upgraded to a Club House suite for free! Rest of staff were very polite, mostly always smiling, and buffet had good choices. Pool is nice. Good for families, couples or friends. Highly recommend.

My friend saw some flies or small bugs in the salad bar, please monitor quality before taking food out to the buffet. Otherwise, zero complaints.

We stayed for 10 nights. Xperia Grand Bali Hotel meets our expectations. Food was great, the staff was very nice polite and helpful. The beach is close to the hotel. Overall an enjoyable stay. I would chose this hotel again.

I was in alanya really many times but this hotel is best in Alanya I've been at holiday . Not only because of the center and close to the sea, or because of delicious food and a great spa. I have never met such friendly and cordial men with such high personal culture in any hotel - Thank U manager Ertugrul and 3 men working at the reception desk Tajfun, Mustafa, Yunus . They are ones who make everyone feel at home. Thank U.

Everything was great.

Cosy and beautiful hotel close to the beach. Receptionists are super attentive, I got a free room upgrade. I enjoyed the massage at the hotel, there are women from Bali working there and they are very professional. Food was tasty (not a huge selection, but enough). Cleaning ladies were leaving a bottle of water and a roll of toilet paper outside my door when I turned on "do not disturb" sign, which I really appreciate. Overall hotel stuff are all nice and welcoming people. Would stay there again.

good location. close to beach, shops and restaurants.

food was bad. breakfast was fine, we ate a lot of bread to survive. lunch and dinner was the same, always looked terrible and tasted like nothing. salad bar was fine, even desserts looked good but didn’t taste anything. the drinks you could get free from the bar all the time were off-brand soda that tasted like old soda with no gas. we ate in restaurants every day, very disappointed in the food. the room was pretty basic, nothing exclusive. overall felt like it sounded way better than it was described. minibar was only a new bottle of water every day.
