Xperia Grand Bali Hotel - All Inclusive

I wanted to express my sincere thanks for the stay I had at your hotel, from the warm welcome at check-in to the impeccable room, and the delicious meals. I will definitely be returning and recommending your hotel to others.

I skipped breakfast every day and had a lunch as a first meal in day. Food in hotel is buffet type served 3 times a day in restaurant that also has tables in the garden. There are tables inside, there is adjacent bar with inside and outside seating.

Food was love/hate affair. Restaurant and food was nice, clean, fresh, many stuff available to bring drinks or get something. We didn’t have a meal that didn’t taste good. Turkiye has plenty of food. Veggies and fruits are of the best quality. No Monstanto garbage allowed there. Problem was in food selection that was always the same. Rice, mashed potatoes, chicken stew, turkey stew, french fries, mixed veggies, pasta, red pasta sauce. 2 soups a day. Excellent salad bar, olives, hummus, all nice. Pastries, all own production, nice selection. Every day three times a day marvellous watermelons, oranges and other fruits. What we didn't like is the small variety of main dishes. Pretty much the same every day.

We enjoyed our staying in the hotel. We had got our room upgraded to deluxe so we were pleasantly surprised . The staff at the reception was amazing and Really helpful. The beach is nearby and the city center as well. The food was really good the whole day. We were family of 5 and we would like to come back next time .

I loved the staff and the food. The staff was just incredibly nice and the food was delicious. The serounding scenery was also amazing.

Check in was super smooth, and this man in the reception greet us in the best way! And showed us around the hotel, and gave us possibilities to upgrade our room, we that and was happy for the room and the spacious deluxe room for 4 people (we were 3). Hotel is super close to everything in Alanya center. Food is good, and variety is good. Best thing about the hotel is that you also can be in the mother hotel Xperia Saray Beach Hotel for intertainment, eat, swim in the pool and at the private beach. Animation team manager Adelina is very kind and gave us informations about everything. Hotel staff vere not very kind for those who don't speak their language. But Adeline makes our stay more comfortable by being nice and friendly all the time.

It is first time we experienced that you have to pay extra for cocktails in a All-inclusive Hotel. So you have to be aware of that if you like free cocktails in a All-inclusive Hotel. Staff were not very friendly and only greets those who gives tips (like when we did it), and those who speaks their language. But you will experience the opposite of this in the mother hotel, so choose it if you want better service at the hotel.

Personalet var u venligt. Maden var fint Og hotels tilstand er meget gammel dør, vandhane seng larmer meget.

The food was pretty okay. The options are limited though. The staff was quite nice. The place is okay if you are visiting for a night and want to park yourself for some quick time.

1. Room was very okay. There were 2 single beds ( separate ) and one bunk bed in one corner of the room. Not impressive at all. 2. The water in the washbasin was clogging. 3. The bar had very very limited options so not worth all-inclusive price. 4 It is too expensive
