Big Splash Adventure Indoor Water Park & Resort

Do NOT wasted your money here!!! It is a ginormous disappointment. Water park is underwhelming, only 4 changing rooms (for like 150 -200 people) , old and run down. Hotel was NOT clean. Beds and pillows were very old and lumpy. We have a Great Wolf Lodge 30 min from our house but wanted to try something different. Room was twice what we pay at GWL..not to mention this was almost 3 hrs drive. Water park is not as big as GWL either. I will never waste another penny here ever I am just sick we wasted all the money to come here.

This place isn’t the best there was a power trip life guard who kicked me and my brother out of the hot tub when we weren’t doing anything the pool was dirty the life guard made us were a tube in the lazy river the googles snapped apart the breakfast didn’t have much I am never coming back.

Everything was great except the morning breakfast. It could have been better.

They charged me to time and they didn’t get my referral back

We had a wonderful experience. The staff is really the reason. Overall, rooms are decent but nothing special. Every employee that we encountered went above and beyond. The friendliness, accommodating and genuine service was amazing. The only negative we found was the breakfast. Just plan on going out or packing your own. It was terrible.

Although listed quiet hours 10 pm -8 am, parents let their children run wild at this hotel at all hours of the night. Beds uncomfortable, everything dirty. Hotel and restaurant staff were friendly though!

I liked that breakfast was bagged, so we could eat in our room.

They texted me that morning and asked if I had any questions or concerns about the stay I’ve never experienced that before. I thought it was a great idea great customer service!

It's a nice place to go and my kids really like it when I ask them where they want to go they stay there and it's not that it's only 3 hour drive from our place so I like that too.

Arrived early; nice girl at front desk checked us in; room was clean but dated; property on older side with average dining options. Lots of young children and Granddaughter loved splash park facility.
