Star Hotel Cleveland

The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean. The staff was very accommodating when I needed another towel. I think this hotel fit our needs exactly. We were able to charge our electronics, and the tv had a huge selection of channels.

The facility was outdated, but it still met our needs.

Checkin was rude. Had trouble getting into room front desk helped with an attitude. Room smelled stagnant and moldy. Can't really say if it was the cause but I went home sick with upper respiratory problems

The location is great. The room was very clean.

The rooms are very dated and the door in room 107 was hard to lock. Five hours after I checked in for my two night stay I received a phone call informing me that my mother had just passed away and I need to return home. I spoke to the front desk and told them my situation and ask for the second night stay refund as I would not be there. I was told there was nothing they could do because I booked on line. So I guess they were able to rent the room twice in one day. My loss their gain.

The owners were really nice. The rooms were clean. They’re not updated but they’re in a nice place to stay.
