Star Hotel Cleveland

I have to say we saved over 100 by staying here for 2 nights 2 rooms .its not a 5 star. the room is decent. maybe need to pull the 100 year old carpet and use a pole to clean ceilings. The shower was clean (maybe have pride in the business they run ) .They need new mattress in one room we stayed in and maybe new sheets..the second room sheets and mattres was ok / the shower could use some bleach and old fashion scrubbing.. maybe update the office and take down the vine tree they have all over the ceiling..they have gnats really bad in sink maybe vinegar and bleach to clean our drain..just some ideas for good reviews..other wise its close to gracery store gas station and fast food..also we saved big..so it worked,all we did was sleep there they let you check out the rooms so go take a look for yourself and you decide.

No breakfast

2 bedside tables would be nice.

Beds are uncomfortable. Pillows are rock hard.

Large room, not too noisy, not too busy

Bathroom was tired (cracks, loose toilet seat, usual paint drips and little broken things), hot water took 5 minutes to run hot, stain on (clean) sheets

It was convenient for the time of arrival I had. But it wasn't clean and I didn't even lay in the bed. But management was very nice and great. But they need to do better on cleaning!
