Star Hotel Cleveland

Not new but newly renovated and clean. I'll go there again.

Room had a terrible odor Hair/dirt in tub Office staff had attitude No ice available No pool available or outside area to sit

We booked this hotel last minute and the pictures of the hotel/rooms looked decent. When we arrived and got to the room it was disgustingly nasty. The sheet and pillow cases looked dirty and had stains on them. The tub had dirt inside it. The toilet was broken. We immediately went and turned our key in and told front office it was gross and we would not be staying. The office attendant just took the key and walked away. Very unprofessional. Didn’t even asked any questions or try to fix the problem. We didn’t get a refund either. He wouldn’t even talk to us! Would not recommend and will not even think about staying at this location again

Door dead bolt didn’t work, chain lock base was poorly attached, poorly kept property. Front door to office didn’t open or close properly.

The bed was comfortable and we slept well

It looked like RYDC in the room

Noisy intersection. TV remote didn't work.
