When the staff jerked the key from me when leaving.

Everything. Like the service, safety of the door, bathroom being really small, random splatters on the wall, the sheets having spots on it and burns in a no smoking room, food still under the bed, the fridge filled with water puddle, the room having a strong smell of cleaner, and the shower head n parts of the tub yellow.
