"It was my 25th wedding anniversary"

I am originally from Glasgow but now live in Canada. My wife and I love the West coast of Scotland so made our plans to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary at your hotel. We lived the hotel and the golf. A truly heavenly place. The only disappointing things were the restaurant not being open every day and given some notice I was hoping for some kind of celebration. Like a bottle of complimentary champagne or wine. In the USA customer service and appreciation is a common occurrence. It would have made a wonderful trip all the more wonderful.

"The staff s pleasant, but needs some training ASAP"

The hotel is lovely, but the staff was generally unable to answer basic questions, like "where is our room?" or "is there a shuttle service into Campbeltown?" Also, finding the hotel is difficult - there is little if any signage from Campbeltown. This hotel, with some tweaks, could be really outstanding.

The hotel staff was very welcoming and nothing was a problem for them. Its situation was perfect and my room exceeded my expectations.
