The Ugadale Hotel and Cottages

Large room large bed. Large bathroom. Really nice. Food good but breakfast was in bar area if restaurant full. Not quite as nice to sit there

Hotellet er perfekt for golf i området. Store rom, senger som hviler ryggen, betjeningen er hyggelig, god mat og en sjelden god service.

Breathtakingly beautiful location, grand and comfortable hotel, feels like a movie set. Only complaint is food and very slow service in the restaurant didn't live up to standards one would expect from an establishment of this caliber and price. They consistently ran out of food on the buffet and had to be asked to repelnish.Frozen berries for breakfast in the Scottish countryside. I would still return.

We had an upgraded room with a suite so lots of room. We were located quite far from town but were able to take the hotel shuttle into town

Wonderful scenery and friendly capable staff. Excellent food huge portions! Very comfortable beds and spacious room with nice decor, and perfect views over the bay. Had a wonderful long weekend at Machrihannish , dined at their sister hotel in Campbeltown, top rate food in both establishments

Last minute weekend break. Had a suite room 17, top floor with sea views. Beautiful location that we love for the peace and tranquility. Great for golf 3 fantastic local courses. Lovely beaches and walking on the doorstep. Hotel restaurant food very good , whiskey at £18 a dram for the most expensive a bit steep. Go to the old clubhouse pub owned by the same business where food is also very good and drinks cheaper with a great atmosphere. We are fairly regular visitors and highly recommend a stay. The cottages are superb for 4 or more people.

Really nice place. Big room with a very comfy bed. Big car park and great views over the golf course and the adjacent beach. Food was very good and the staff were attentive. If I am ever in Campbeltown again this place will be my first choice.

Beautiful location. Sadly we arrived late and left early the next morning so we really didn't get to enjoy the place as much as we would have liked. The staff was friendly and packed us a sack to take for breakfast since we left early in the morning. Great pub next door.
