"Good place to stay in the centre of Harrogate. Close to the Royal hall."

It was very close to the centre of Harrogate. Staff very accommodating. Guest house was clean. Showers hot.

We stayed in room 8 and it was a rather chilly. Radiator not really on.

"Breakfast was a shambles was offered a cooked breakfast before bringing the ordered porridge."

The property was in a good location to everything. Shops Bars and Restaurants.

The bedroom and en-suite was very small. The television didn’t work. The radiator was lukewarm but did have an electric heater which we had to use as the room was cold. Didn’t have a wardrobe to hang clothes.
