Excellent location with parking and lovely friendly staff. Room comfortable and clean.

Being very picky as we had a lovely stay. Bathroom was very small and couldn’t turn the radiator down so room was very very warm. Had to open the windows to cool the room down. TV didn’t work but didn’t mind as had an iPad and internet connection was very good.

A fantastic welcome from the owners and communication was great. The room was very clean and perfect for what I wanted. The breakfast was lovely and the staff were very friendly. Fantastic value. Very close to the conference centre and Harrogate centre. Definitely convenient. I will definitely be back!

Very convenient location, modern shower room, comfortable bed. Breakfast was very enjoyable.

The room was quite chilly and we didn’t notice the fan heater supplied until we were packing to leave . Lovely en-suite shower but needed some hooks as there was nowhere to hang towels and it was unheated.
