Clean and tidy, great location.

Location was perfect. On site parking which was a plus. Staff very friendly ,room nice and quiet.

Room was very warm needed a fan.

W were attending a conference and were literally across the road from the convention centre. Ideally situated near great restaurants too. The beds were incredibly comfortable.

It was perfect for our needs.

being awoken listening to the loud female housekeeper gossiping cleaning rooms. unfortunately, she was actually gossiping about a good friend of mine. she gave the full name in conversation to the male presumably housekeeper. one far too loud and two, unprofessional. first time i ever experienced this in a stay.

There was parking . Close to town centre. Rooms were clean and comfortable

Small bathroom my hubby couldn't move in it Couldn't see TV from either side of bed due to 4 poster posts Room was too hot Dirty wall under kettle No handle on wardrobe very tatty

Everything. Help with parking in the hotel ark. Lovely breakfast and facilities. Great hosts. Lovely clean hotel.

Found the bed was a bit soft but that's our issue! The room was lovely and had everything we needed.

The TV didn't have any signal for ITV but I wasn't there for the TV
