The Hotel's Spa Facilities are only available if pre-booked, subject to availability. The fee is £60 per person per night mid-week and £100 per person per night on Fridays and Saturdays. Did not have breakfast at venue

Both my friend and I found the beds too hard . The room was good though . There were 2 members of bar staff who seemed quite miserable, and the young woman seemed interested too. I know it can't be a fantastic job but a smile every now and then wouldn't hurt . There was an issue with the hot chocolate not being hot and the man dealt with it effectively and apologised so that was good . The reception staff were polite, helpful and smiled . Thank you .
