The ambience. Excellent room. Comfy bed

The shower had no instructions for use. Very difficult to turn on control. No strong handrail on wall to help steady older people. The lift didn't work....took staff half an hour to adjust

"Nice place but needs more information about the golf."

Lovely staff. Good view of the golf course. Clean room.

Main complaint: We were planning to play golf in the morning only to find there was a ladies fun game which meant nobody could use the course until some time in the afternoon despite the fact they didn’t tee-off until 8.30am. This information was not available when booking or on the website so rather spoilt our plans as we had to leave by 11am.

"Relaxing, lovely and quiet, would come again."

Nice laid back atmosphere, helpful staff, good facilities. Excellent breakfast.

It was hot in the room and although there was an air con unit it was very noisy and not that effective. The balconies are lovely, but with no window you can only open the balcony door for air and that’s not great security-wise at night.
