The Malvern

The hotel was nice, room was comfortable.

It was on a very busy main road - traffic noise was an issue.

Not enough sunbeds outside by the pool It was beautiful weather and there was a grass area where there could have been more as didn’t want to be inside

Tired room, bit tatty in parts. The dinner and breakfast were poor and not well prepared. Fried and poached eggs were solid instead of what they should have been which is a runny yolk.

Breakfast was fine room all good

More of a Spa than a hotel dont need it cant abide people in a state of un-dress in a restraunt

Comfortable room, although very hot at night. At breakfast the hot water for the tea was only lukewarm and should be hotter. When I mentioned this to a member of staff they said I was wrong and that it was "boiling". It's not good service to say to a customer that they are wrong. Curiously on the second day the water was much hotter. When we checked in we were asked to complete a long form about using the spa without checking with us if we intended to us the spa. As we had no plans to use the spa this was a waste of time.

Lovely place to stay for a trip to Malvern.

Location isn't great as on a trading estate and need to drive to get to town or begin walks in the hills.
