The Malvern

This spa was elegant and beautiful. The breakfast was next level with so many options that could be tailored to each customer with amazing presentation. The stand out part of this experience however, was the staff. Exceptional service and attention to detail; the team were wonderfully considerate and ensured that my accessibility needs were fully supported throughout my stay. A special mention to Ollie is needed for his bubbly personality and warm inviting character as Front of House. The treatments me and my partner both had were superb and well priced (Amy E. did an amazing job). Finally, the main pool, saunas, gym and sun beds were all to an excellent quality and really made this an incredible experience. The gym was so well equipped with everything you would need and more (better than most gyms nowadays). We both could not sing the praises high enough of this hotel.

To make this a 10/10 experience, there is a few things that could be easily rectified. The TV in the room was very old and outdated so an updated one is essential, otherwise it’s pointless having it in the room. There also is very little plugs in the room which are in awkward places so extension cords are needed. Finally, the dress code should be addressed in the main restaurant. Well we understand it’s a spa and people wear their ropes while eating, we think footwear needs to be worn for hygiene purposes. We experienced a guest eating breakfast on the last day with no shoes and was barefoot. Apart from this though, this was it. This was us being nit picky to help improve the customer experience.

The morning Didnt have enough time to enjoy the spa area. As after breakfast had to get ready to leave As i had to be at the Hospital in time for my Radiotherapy Next Time we will have time to enjoy the spa area Have breakfast Thank you All

I was expecting luxury rooms but found the bed hard and quite uncomfortable. It also had a broken leg. The furniture was tired. I’d expected a decent coffee and there was a cafetière in room but only one sachet each of instant coffee and we had to ask for some the next day as wasn’t replenished. We struggled to find pool loungers in the afternoon and one of the saunas was cold I was expecting a view but had not realised it’s on a retail park and we overlooked ALDI car park

We were a group of friends celebrating a 60th birthday, we had a fab weekend, the rooms/facilities and staff were all brilliant, couldn't fault it. The garden pod made the weekend for us!

The coffees delivered to our pod were cold, that was our only problem, so hardly a deal breaker! Also would have loved it if there were some trees behind the garden pods to make it feel a bit more rural!
