Eden House Hotel

I stayed in the Eden hotel in Grantham, Lincolnshire from September 11th to 15th 2017. I am an an elderly man that has stayed in many hotels in many countries & was on business in Grantham. The hotel, room, bed & bathroom were clean. The bed was comfortable, I was in a twin room.. The hotel has a good sized car park & is located adjacent major roads & is a 10 minute walk to the town centre. I saw that the evening meals seemed OK.but did not get the chance to try one. There is a reasonable bar. The breakfast is well worth the cost. The staff are nice & helpful. No pool, but I knew that when I booked. Tea & coffee in the room. What more can one need.

We stayed one night in a spacious, but otherwise tired and outdated room, with an uncomfortable springy mattress. Overall, the staff were welcoming and the breakfast was good.

Nice Hotel with great food and great staff this has a nice Bar to enjoy a beer can sit inside or outside good hotel

So nice to stay in a hotel where the staff all have pride in their work, especially the lovely lady serving breakfast. HIGHLY recommended

had three atempts in getting a some what half decent room the room only had a small top window bath tub and electric fan were both dirty room small and dark we did receive a free drink of coffee and a bottle of wine for been did-satisfied with our room also tried ringing reception for ordering room service for food and no body ptcked up phone so was not bothered if we ate there or not

Good stay for 1 night. Good value. Room was clean and tidy. Friendly and helpful reception and bar staff. Great location. Bathroom was a little tired looking.

booked 3 rooms. Very warm reception from staff, lovely bright and comfortable lounge area, rooms were functional, a little bland lacking a bit of colour, good bath with shower with complimentary toiletries . goof firm beds with crisp white bedding. Continental breakfast is included with upgrade to full english for about £3, the continental was sufficient for us all, with cereal, fruit, yoghurts and toast. Dining staff were very attentive , excellent service. The hotel is a short walk to the town centre, with ample free car parking, Will be back.

Well located fort he town and the surrounding area.. Belton House and Woolsthorpe Manor, both National Trust Sites in easy access. Hotel served us well.

As we have stayed there many times over the years,the hotel has improvements every time we visit always for the better.

Not a bad stay. Suitable for business, less suitable for romantic stay. Room rather tired and in need of refurb.
