the staff where absolutely wonderful, so helpful and friendly. food was great

there was just a small rail to hang clothes in the room, no cupboards of drawers

The location was really good and easy to find.

Door handle to room fell off and I had to put it back on, small yappy dog barking in room opposite every time someone walked passed. Walls so thin I was woken up by persons alarm next door. I could here what he was looking at on his phone (very interesting and I think he was having a good self service morning) Tables in bar where so sticky plates / glasses and napkins stuck to them (they would make a good fly trap) Food was inedible, unseasoned, tasteless and very very very expensive and service charge is a joke for the staff just doing their job. Got told it was £15 for the dog for the night but when arrived was told I was wrong and it was £20.
