You order and pay for breakfast on arrival (cooked or continental) and it is delivered to your room at an agreed time. The food was on time and well cooked. The room was compact, clean and comfortable. The walk into York is about 15 to 20 minutes and can be done along the river.

The breakfast tray was not collected and was still in my room when I got back after a day out in York. I wasnt sure what to do with it, so I just left it outside my room on the floor. i think confirming what to do with the dirty dishes would be good.
