I stayed at this lovely hotel for two nights during a weekend trip focused on hiking in the mountains. The location was perfect, as the Mourne Mountains are only about 20 minutes away, which made it very convenient for daily walks and exploring the trails. The surrounding area is absolutely beautiful, with plenty of places to visit and enjoy nature. It’s a great base if you want to explore the region. The rooms were beautiful, very clean, warm, and comfortable. After a long day of hiking, it was wonderful to come back and enjoy a hot shower. The owners were incredibly kind, helpful, and welcoming. They made me feel at home from the moment I arrived. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful stay near the mountains.

Lovely stay…great to be able to bring in my dogs and dog box after much travel and they were confined to car boot when I stayed in other accommodation. Ground floor accommodation great and able to go out to walk dogs in scenic area.

"Just what I needed to chill out after travelling throughout the country for 4 days."

A lovely comfortable room with tv near the sea…what more could I want? I have two dogs who were allowed to stay in the room…a wonderful benefit after travelling in the car for previous 3 days/ nights. Great.
