Please note that during COVID-19, office hour will be Monday-Friday 10:00 until 12:00 and 14:00 until 16:00, Closed on Saturday, Sunday and public holidays. Guests arriving outside office hour or weekends must be arranged prior arrival. Same days reservation must be arriving during office hour. Same day weekend reservations is currently not acceptable. For further more information on reduced services, an automatic messages will be sent to you once reservations is proceed. "Very disappointed with the cleanliness of the apartment. Pool, spa and location was very good."

The pool and spa were very nice. Location was good too.

The apartment was dirty ie. dirty sheets, kitchen floor was filthy, dining table hadn’t been wiped down, balcony lots of sand on it, couch hadn’t sand on it and bin had used band aides in it.

"Beautiful spot for a family holiday."

The property is in a prime location right across the road from the beach and playgrounds. Lovely walking paths nearby and a convenience store down the road. Short drive to shops also (we didn’t walk due to the big hills). The pool and spa area are an absolute highlight. Pool is unheated but a wonderfully designed pool. The spa is amazing! Biggest spa I’ve been in. Grounds are well maintained.

The cleanliness of the apartment could certainly do with some attention to detail. There was some maintenance that could be attended to in the apartment.

The location and the pool and spa

Air conditioning not working On suite door not sliding The apartment was not clean Floors looked like they hadn’t been vacuumed Bedside cabinets covered in dust Fur ball of hair in bathroom Refrigerator very dirty Washing machine and sink very dirty Old dry soap in ensuite bathroom

"Loved our stay at Sanctuary Lake Apartments. HUGE HEATED SPA/POOL."

Loved the heated SPA - it is a huge spa. Grounds are well looked after. Apartment was spacious and lovely. Very easy to get to Currumbin Alley, shops, cafes. Loved our visit to Sanctuary Lake Apartment. We will definitely stay again.

Location

The fly wire door was not attached just leaning against the balcony door. A couple of lounge chairs out side would have been . We had a good time but we felt the appartment was tired. Also we had a person with a disability and didn’t realise it was up stairs…. Once we got him up he couldn’t get down .
