I liked the way Jhon was so great to deal with answered all we needed to know . Friendly and fantastic service definitely will be coming back .

Only thing that let the stay down was Pest control . Bugs everywhere in bed room bathrooms .not good when you have a 1 year old runing around found the on my son in his bed when he was sleeping as well that fricked my wife out . And not very clean we had to wash all dishes agian pri to using them. Out side of that just need a good clean great out door area pool and spa fantastic . Just a few tripping hazard around out side .

The tropical gardens within the complex are beautiful and the whole outside area has a truly tranquil atmosphere. Pool and spa, bbq areas plus everything outdoors is well maintained and a credit to management. Staff were extremely helpful and pleasant. The apartment was well equipped as far as cooking facilities and layout. Public transport is very close to the complex and a Village Store within walking distance. The Friday night market in the Bird Sanctuary area was amazing and provided the best seafood takeaway meal on our first night there. The whole Sanctuary Lake complex has great security which is very reassuring in this day and age. Despite the problems outlined below, we would return if allocated a ground floor unit well maintained by the owner, for a longer holiday as this complex is in an ideal location.

When we booked we didn't know we would be on the 2nd floor of the apartment building and this caused my husband big problems as he has mobility issues. Getting the luggage up the stairs was a physical feat. There was a dreadful rotten egg smell in both bathrooms when showers and toilets were being used both within the apartment and when neighbours were using their facilities. A health problem and plumbing fault that needed prompt attention. Bed bugs caused quite annoying bites to my foot, unbelievable! This problem was addressed promptly. A spare pillow had disgusting stains on it. Management probably were not aware of this. There were only 2 bath towels, two hand towels and 2 bath mats and one tea towel for the whole week. Both washing machine and clothes dryer need replacing. The washing machine could only be used on a gentle cycle and low water level and the dryer kept overheating. The shower head in the en suite bathroom needs replacing. No microwaveable cookware or laundry basket. The television didn't work in the bedroom. Apparently, each apartment is privately owned and it is obvious that the owner of Number 23 needs to address the problems in his/her apartment promptly. We have used Booking.com many times with pleasant results but the problems detailed in this particular apartment did not bode well for a good report. Hopefully the owner of the apartment will heed this feedback in a positive way.

The cover on the doona had a lot of blood stains on it.it had been turned to the under side so that I didn’t notice it until the morning we were leaving. I would not stay there again. The oven had a dirty tray in it and a lot of the crockery and glasses were not very clean. Coffee mugs were very stained
