It was a good hotel with helpful staff

The room was missing a number of things when we checked in as the house cleaning forgot to replenish, but they got what we needed for our overnight stay as we were headed to the airport for an early flight. Looking forward to our return stay in a week.

Close to everything in the city, friendly staff and easy check in/out! aWoll definitely visit again. Only con was how full the toilet goes with water otherwise it was great

The superior room was a great place to stay. They rooms are very clean. Little things need maintenance like the outdoor balcony light flickered consistently like a disco, which i spoke to reception about but nothing was done during my seven day stay. Also towels were not replaced daily, which required me to ask for them to be replaced. The reception staff are friendly. As a 3 star place to stay it is nice choice for a reasonable price.

Breakfast included, also could get Lunch and Dinner, Room Service if required. Lovely People, very accommadating.

The only problem we had was the toilet would not flush. We live in American Samoa and very familiar with low water pressure and quirky toilets. This one did not work. Otherwise was very happy with our stay and will stay again

Very basic, but if you are in Apia / Upolu for sightseeing and need a base for exploring like I was - this hotel does the job. The smell inside the room was not great, but otherwise it was alright.

Everything was excellent accept for the suze of the shower

Good place if you’re traveling on a budget 👌🙂 Breakfast was good 👍
