Convenient Location and the staff were super friendly. Room was a little bit outdated but did the job

Underneath the bed, window curtains and the restroom was not properly clean. Also, the guest that were staying above our room (first floor) was making a lot of noises.

Service was not good. Not up to standard as last time. Phone not working, kitchen utensils missing, no iron and board. Service - asked for things and promised but never came through so had to remind multiple times. No blankets until day 2 and 3. Missed servicing my room… very bad.

There was no wifi- on the website it mentions wifi(surcharge) but when I stopped at front office to purchase wifi, I was advised that they dont have wifi.

We had two interconnecting rooms on the ground floor. The rooms were very large but dark and gloomy (had to have lights on during the day). Combine this with the awful decor and it felt a little like being in a cell block. Also being on the ground floor, the garden view was actually a view of the carpark. Having said that, apart from one rainy Sunday we didn’t spend much time in our rooms. Some of the beds were comfy and others were terrible. The breakfast buffet was plentiful and yummy and they changed it a little every day which was nice. Overall, good value for money in a great location. Would book here again but would choose a room on the first floor; hopefully they’re a bit brighter.

Under par - We had 3 rooms for 3 nights. Room facilities including linen are old, rooms poorly equipped ie no jug in the 2/3 rooms we booked & no coffee/tea. Had to wait upto 2hrs for a jug to be delivered to our room. This hotel needs an upgrade & needs to scale up their housekeeping staff, either delay in room being serviced or not serviced at all. staff in dining area polite and professional, although not so much the case for those at reception. Location is good - close to town & there’s a nice pizza plc across the road. We wont be staying here again:(

It was less then ok , breakfast very boring and same no choice , first night was early check in gave us a room with cockroach and freezer was frozen with ice . Lots of ants . But charged us 100tala for first night . Moved us to second floor , lack of dishes and pots. Ants everywhere even when sleeping ants on bed and glass of water . We left a night earlier . But didn’t give us a break on the early check in with the conditions . I would like some compensation from that booking . One staff was very helpful others not really informed. Kitchen staff n waiter n door person were helpfull . Wouldn’t stay there in the future . Pool needs work paint all rubbed of concrete sractches feet
