"Great Pub"

A great place to stop, Good beer and food, the staff were very helpful. The room was great with good Wifi. I will use again when I'm next in the area.

Loved the four poster bed and the old fashioned feel to the property. It was lovely to stay in a property unlike the commercial hotels of the current world. And a very charming building and with a really lovely warm feeling

We have been here twice now The staff are friendly, accommodation cosy, historical and fascinating! Such a beautiful place to stay within a lovely village. We brought our friends here this week to show it off!! They loved it. Can’t wait for next visit!

The Leather Bottle has that unique charm that is quite often lost, from the flagstone corridors, the creaky floorboards to the pictures on the walls. From the moment you check in to the moment you leave you feel you have entered the world of Charles Dickens, from a drink and some food in the restaurant to quietly reading in the snug.it feels nice. We are already making plans to revisit later in the year and explore Kent.

"Wonderful Overnight Stay"

The Leather Bottle is the most perfect spot for food, drinks and an overnight stay. The rooms were clean, quirky and full of history. The staff and customer service were first class ad the food was immense! The only pity was the issues myself and the venue experienced with the company Eviivo Ltd who are a 3rd party taking the payment for the stay. When i booked i was advised payment would be taken at the property but the payment was taken 3 days before, then the property requested payment after the stay as Eviivo Ltd had refunded it back to me! all very confusing for both parties
