La comida, poca variedad pero muy bueno lo que habia

No me gustó las bebidas, el cafe malisimo, los zumos sabían a agua con azúcar, y poca variedad de copas y marcas muy muy desconocidas. Las camas muy duras y almohadas muy malas. La cuna del bebé rota

La piscina,muy bien,el césped regular. Por lo demás bien

La comida y,cena, productos muy simples ,poca elaboración,poca variedad . Ruidos ,animación en horas de descanso y muy cerca de las habitaciones por lo que descansar después de comida es imposible.

We were a family of 8, we arrived at the hotel and met with javeer , he was so kind and helpful and friendly to us, funny enough our family member was also called jaivir, we had 3 separate rooms (a single, triple and quadruple bedrooms).the beds were bit hard and the brown duvet was a bit itchy and the WiFi was very slow and very hard to get signal in the rooms The location was perfect a 5 to 10 Minute walk to the beach and lots of shops,Near by with restaurants, The activities at the hotel were fantastic and amazing, really enjoyed it, helped do a kids club and also did adult activities like water polo and water basket. The restaurant was fabulous loved the food with dinner themes. Wish there was a selection for vegetarian/vegan food as for z a breakfast only had bread,beans and hash browns and lunch and dinner very limited food.the dessert was good enjoyed the jelly amd the ice cream was not able to have the cakes due it contains egg. Enjoyed the atmosphere it was sunny and all The staff was helpful and had the crew for the children to make it even better. The cleaning was excellent it was done everyday, the room was spotless and the bar amd the pool was very clean. I will definitely definitely come again for the value of this we will not find anything like this as it is all inclusive. N

Not so keen on food ,but always found something to eat

We had six nights in this hotel and our lasting memory of our holiday is how everyone was so friendly. Great easy quick check in,room had a nice pool view. Two drink rule at the bar works well as any ques go in minutes,again all bar staff friendly. Main restaurant was great always plenty choice,we had a couple of themed nights, Outside of restaurant there were burgers,hotdogs,chips,crepes and sandwiches available if you just wanted a snack also had ice cream available from the bar. It is impossible to stay at this hotel and not mention how amazing the animation team are, they were all friendly,never too pushy to get you to join in if you didn't want too,a special mention must go to Julia,such a friendly girl that spoke to us every day,always full of fun making us feel welcome. We stayed in May bank holiday but always sunbeds available and never felt too busy. In summary-great friendly hotel and would definitely recommend this hotel. Thank you

This was our second visit to this hotel after a fantastic stay last September, and we were very happy we decided to return. For a 3-star hotel, this place really does exceed expectations. We stayed all inclusive and found the food choice excellent — definitely better than many other 3-star hotels we’ve stayed in before. The lunchtime snack bar options were a little limited to burgers, hot dogs and chips, but the restaurant was also open if you wanted something different, so it wasn’t really an issue. The hotel is in a good location, around a 10-minute walk either to the marina or to Bonanza Square, both in different directions. There is also a bus stop just a 2-minute walk away with regular buses to Torremolinos, Benalmádena Centre and Pueblo Benalmádena, which was really convenient. The pool area is large with plenty of sunbeds available. The pool itself is quite cold, but once you’re in, it’s fine, it’s just the getting in 🥶 Special thanks as well to the bar staff, especially the lovely always-smiling Laura, Gabriel and Daniel, who were all fantastic throughout our stay. All the staff are absolutely amazing — super friendly, hardworking and always helpful. Honestly, I think it’s the staff that make this hotel so special. The animation team are brilliant and work incredibly hard running games during the day and entertainment in the evening — special thanks to Kobi, Valou and Julia 🤗 The bar did get very busy between 11:30am and 1:30pm, often with only one member of staff serving, which created queues at the busiest time of day. I did feel sorry for the staff as they were clearly working very hard. And let’s not forget the photographer, Rafael — such a lovely person, and his pictures are amazing. He gave us some fantastic memories to take home with us. Our room was basic but comfortable, and we actually really liked it. We stayed in a high floor room overlooking the pool terrace with a lovely sea view. The room was cleaned every day and we were given fresh towels daily, which was great. We did have a small issue when some plaster came away from the wall by the patio door, but after reporting it, maintenance repaired it within 30 minutes, which we were very impressed with. I honestly don’t understand some of the negative reviews. This is a 3-star hotel, and for the price you pay, it offers fantastic value. Some people seem to expect 5-star luxury at 3-star prices and need a bit of a reality check. Overall, another lovely stay and we will would definitely return again.

Que la piscina cierra a las 18.00 horas que es cuando mejor se está en la piscina

We were dropped off on the main street , the hotel was a short walk up a little hill , Booking in no problem and as we just missed the all inclusive the gentleman on reception took us to the bar for a drink🥂 We got room 302 overlooking the street with side seaview,lovely clean room with a great shower and hairdryer,only downside of the room was no kettle or fridge ☹️.The room was cleaned every day +clean towels by a very friendly lady The food was very good for a 3*plenty of choice fresh prawns ,muscles and good choice of fish lamb shank and different meats and stews the staff were all friendly and efficient beer served in small plastic glasses but ok it did notget a chance to get warn , 2drinks per person rule all the bar staff were great The pool does not open till 10 no rush for sunbeds plenty of them But what made the holiday special was the animation team ,best we have seen in a long time ,they all worked so hard The hotel is 20min stroll to the Marina along the promenade would definitely return to this hotel
