Hotel Casablanca

Friendly staff, good location but a 15 min walk to plaza de arms. Interior outdated. Inside noice and voices revirberated throughout. Adequte breakfast. Sewer smell from bathroom. One night

The room was dated but comfortable and good value. The staff was friendly and helpful. The main problem was the noise level. I stayed for 4 nights and the day after I checked in an entire team of 2 dozen teenage girls checked in and stayed for the remaining the 3 nights. They were extremely loud, slamming doors and carrying on like teenage girls do. I had been traveling for several weeks at this point and was looking forward to some quiet rest which didn't happen. May just be my bad luck.

The staff and owner were very helpful Although it is not a 4 star hotel, i dont understand all the.m bad ratings for this hotel. They truly deserve more than what people said

Hotel Casablanca is well located. Just a short walk to the heart of the old city and a short taxi ride to the airport. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good and included the best scrambled eggs I've ever had!

Oportunidad de conocer Cusco, su catedral, poder comparar tipos de cambio, buscar diferentes tipos de comida, café, chocolate, bares, compras de artesanías y textiles directamente a los pobladores indígenas, siendo una forma de ayudarles. Por estar el hotel en el centro histórico, me podían recoger para llevarme a las excursiones programadas. En 5 minutos estaba en el centro y así podía recorrerlo y admirar sus sitios históricos, buscar diferentes tipos de comida, comprar ropa, mochilas para las excursiones, protector solar, medicinas, zapatos/ tenis de todo tipo, comparar precios de excursiones así como de tipo de cambio de moneda.

The hotel has a good relation price-quality. Situated a walking distance 10 min from Plaza de Armas, smooth hills. We walked a lot of time from the hotel to the park where is situated most of the restaurant and cofee shop. They gave to us a tasty tea in our room after we made our check in. The breakfast is simple but good quality, fresh bread, eggs (they made according to your election scramble or fried) jelly, real orange juice and butter. The Internet has a good speed

the hotel provide us a room even in a very early morning at 7am which let us have plenty of time to take a good rest after a long flight. they help us to prepare a delicious packed breakfast even at 4am for us to bring to a morning tour and let us store the luggage. stable hot shower at night. location is excellent and just 5 to 10 minutes walk to the central plaza. the owner help us to call the taxi and considerately take a photo of the car plate in case of anything happen. i definitely will stay there again and recommand to others.
