Nice administrator at reception. Quet air conditioner in a room.

1. Territory does not correspond provided pictures (see attached). Some space is "reserved" for special customers. 2. Almost no normal drinking water (do not fill in room). We (paid for all inc.) were advised to buy across street. 3. Too long to wait at elevators. 4. No way out to sea after 8pm. 5. Everything is cheap and cheapest. Bad smell in room from plastic curtains. 6. Safe in a room and door with a key. Like ages ago. 7. Food not good. Not worth to take deserts at all. 8. Wi-Fi slow and unstable. 9. Entertainment 4/10.

The staff couldn't do enough for us. The views were amazing. I will definitely return

The staff were amazing and the daily and evening entertainment was brilliant. They really know how to make your trip special. The rooms were beautiful and the food was excellent with a wide range of choice at all hours of the day.

The breakfast was fine.

Lunch and dinner were subpar. Fish was served at lunch and dinner and it smelled strongly of fish, indicating that the fish was not fresh. The food quality in general was not great, the pizza was burned all times we tried it for example.

A sea view never disappoints thank goodness for small mercies!

NOISY!!!! Scraping of chairs in preparation for the meals from early in the morning. The sound carries upwards to the tooms. Clattering of plates as staff seem to throw them onto the various trolleys as they clear them. This you can also hear up in the rooms (5th floor). Its canteen style. Rushrush...Dirty plates, dirty cutlery. Even spotted a fingernail in the cutlery tray trying to find clean ones.The non stick "placemats" , if wiped, were with dirty rags. Not geared for English speaking guests (I guess Brexit is our fault). Beds uncomfortable. Felt herded in and herded out. Too far from airport. Better beaches elsewhere as crowded and sewage pipes appear to run straight into the ocean. Never again!

the Premium suite was actually 2 single beds with 2 single cover beds, very disappointed

Premium Rooms were nice and quite modern. Very comfortable and clean. The premium section was nice and relaxing. Sea View was beautiful.

The food was extremely horrible. Alcohol was watered down. Also cutlery, plates & cups were not cleaned well. Duvets had a strong smell of cigarettes and the sheets and pillow cases were stained. The whole hotel only had 4 irons, so we were unable to get them and iron our clothes.
