Hotel Palia Maria Eugenia

The premium area, the views from the room and the hotel was very clean. I felt safe as a female solo traveller. I never struggled to find a sun bed in the premium area.

I was initially given a room that was above the restaurant which was very noisy, but after a few nights I was moved to a room further away which helped a little. However, the walls are so thin, I was woken up many times by people having sex the in rooms nearby. I found beds very uncomfortable. The food was poor and I am not a picky eater.

I liked very much the variety of menus . Every evening had a different menu based on different cultures . I really loved that . I also loved the animation team that did a really great work with their shows and games . The housekeepers and the receptionsts were very pleasant, kind and helpful aswell !

The bed was pretty uncomfortable because it was formed of 2 mattresses and me and my husband always fell in that space between them . We had to sleep on the edges just to try to avoid thins thing .

Fantastic views from the pool area. We stayed in the premium block so we had access to the premium pool area which was amazing. The lounger beds and bail beds were so comfortable, the bar was excellent if you drank beer or vodka. Cocktails tasted non alcoholic. The area was well supervised and clean. Toilets nearby are also. The room had a modern feel and was clean. The view was spectacular.

The bed was two single beds pushed together which has a gap down the middle which was very annoying. Bearable but it took away from the experience. There was a coffee machine provided in the room but no coffee pods. Just don't have a machine if you're not going to provide pods. As a substitute they had a kettle with different sachets of teas and coffees. The first morning we woke up to find the coffee granules were solid in the sachet. Very disappointing. Also when our room was cleaned the sachets were not replenished. From my experience I wouldn't call this a 4 star hotel it would be a three with a fantastic view.

It is an amazing hotel with amazing staff. The Animators are fantastic, reception staff are champions. It is really enjoyable to stay here, and every single minute was amazing. The property is clean, and easy to u deter and where to go from which building. Private area well maintained and staff are looking after you. Programs are nice and very entertaining, all of the bar around the hotel are great to have cocktails at almost any time of the day.

Animators could speak a little more English during the activities and programs and not mainly French or Spanish. Their job is not easy though, just worth to mention. The food not the best quality and not many variations during 7days.

trouble when trying to get an iron and there was one woman who was unhelpful when doing so which I found very out of place for the hotel as everyone was lovely and helpful apart from one worker who answered phone when I rang down to reception
