close to the beach, bed was comfortable food was ok some staff were very friendly. Aircon was lovely and well efficient

the view was horrible. over looked a run down garden area and the room smelt damp. could not have fizzy in the mornings with breakfast and no hot drinks at lunch and dinner.

Lovely hotel great staff food good can't complain about anything really , very French/German hotel mainly but doesn't bother me

We liked everything about the hotel. The room and the view was fantastic.

One thing that was annoying a little bit was the the music from the other hotel - they are next each other and you can hear everything which is a bit distracting when you watch the program.

Great location to the beach, good variety of food and drink, really enjoyed the adult only sun terrace. Room was a good size with an excellent power shower, balcony and good view. We found the staff courteous and helpful at all times, the animation guys worked hard all day and we always good fun without being overpowering.

I'm being really fussy if I say the pool could have been bigger and 1 English news channel would have been good. The entertainment in the evening ranged from very good to could be better, but do we expect to be entertained when on holiday?

Very close to one of the most beautiful beaches in Palma, good food and great variety. The room was cleaned every day and the people were nice (except for one minor issue before we left).

The balcony door to our room was not closing properly and all the noise from outside was coming in. Our son had to sleep only after all hotels around closed their entertainment program. We mentioned this to the reception but the solution was to put some silicone around it 😅
