food choices weren’t brilliant and didn’t cater to the younger ones

Very close to the beach, staff very friendly and helpful, pool very nice and clean, room was cleaned daily and beds were made, fresh towels daily, very close to a big Spar supermarket that had literally everything, close to a pharmacy, a lot of animators with things to do for kids and adults as well, very close to a bouncy castle and games area. Food available throughout the day, self-serve beer tap by the pool, the bar next to the pool served sangria/beer/coffee/drinks up till 11pm. Rooms with sea-view

The safe in the room was not working, tried multiple times to set it following the exact steps but still didn't work. There is a difficulty getting sun loungers/parasols in the morning, they give you a paper that says it's not allowed to reserve them with towels in the morning but people still do it, so you risk not finding any. Also there are times when you can struggle to find a table for breakfast/lunch/dinner and also some times when people have to queue for a while to get the food, although the staff moves quite fast to replenish the food. That's not the hotel's fault though. The food is not the greatest ever, but we still enjoyed it and always found something good to eat. We used the hotel's laundry service and there was a delay getting the clothes back due to a holiday in the nearby town that they didn't tell us about beforehand. The evening entertainment/music is very loud so don't plan on a good sleep before 11-11:30pm. One particular band was terrible, a guy and a girl, heard more people commenting too the following day, hopefully they are not there every weekend. The worst part is that the hotel next door had much better evening entertainment, from the music to the bands playing. Also the communication could be improved, I messaged several times the week before and despite someone seeing the messages, I never got any reply. Most of their customers are German and French, maybe I should have tried writing in Spanish. But all of the above would not detter us from staying there again!
