"Very customer focused"

I wish we could have stayed longer, the access to the beach, the assignment of chairs and umbrellas to your room, and services offered made it feel like a high class beach resort. Restaurant meal was excellent. We definitely recommend using this hotel as a vacation getaway or as 1-2 night stay.

"Seaside Stay"

Very comfortable, clean & quiet place to stay. Our room faced the sea & we were lulled to sleep by the sound of the waves. Staff were helpful & courteous. Hotel was a bit far from things but it didn't matter to us as we were only there overnight.

"Excellent hotel for a beach holiday (or break)"

Nice hotel in a great location. The room we were given (309) had a weird layout - going through the bathroom to a tiny balcony (!). Looking from outside, it seems that there were only two of those... After some negotiation, we were given a "normal" room #had to wait for it to be cleaned# - which was excellent, with a large balcony to the sea #and a table and chairs for 4 people#. The pool looked very nice and clean, didn't get a chance to try it - the beach was just across the road #accessible through a tunnel#. The breakfast was adequate, didn't use the restaurant - there was a wedding.

"Grand hotel la tonnara.. Beautiful hotel!"

The hotel was very nice to stay at. Wonderful room and balcony. We stayed there in August and it was hot, their air-conditioning was very nice. The bathroom was modern and big. One downfall was that there were non English speaking workers or minimal speaking English workers, lucky my dad is Italian so we got around it. The beach at the front is beautiful. I recommend this hotel. Its family friendly and I would go back there again. :)

"Grand Hotel La Tonnara- Amantea, Italy"

Our train arrived late, 11:30 pm at night. There were no taxi's in service. The hotel staff picked us up at the station, brought us to the hotel, and although the kitchen was closed, the lady and gentlemen brought us beautiful plates of meats, cheeses, smoked fish, and fine wine. We dined until 1:30 AM. The staff were more accomodating then I have ever experienced. Wonderful service, the best! Thank you to the wonderful folks at the Gramd Hotel, La Tonnara. Clacy and Carol G.
