Our heater did not work. So we were freezing and even when the maintenance person came and replaced a part and filter which was very dirty he explained that the heater is not blowing like it should be. This made it very uncomfortable to enjoy. It was reported to the front desk and they just said sorry!!!!!

To call this an Autograph Collection hotel is completely inaccurate. Our entire floor had a heavy smell of weed, the grout around the shower was black and rusty from the floor drain, our sink was cracked and was slow to drain and the bathroom door was missing pieces from the bottom. I would have felt better at a Motel 6.
