Room was clean, lots of hot water, restaurant food was good value for money and well- cooked. Staff very cheerful and helpful, and a special thank you to Charlotte for going the extra mile and making our stay very pleasant. Liked being able to take the dog into the bar and restaurant.

Could use some chairs in the room for reading or relaxing watching tv, as the bed is very high. As a dog-friendly venue it lacks any bins to dispose of little bags.

We liked the fact that it was dog friendly and nice pub to have a meal and breakfast at next door.

The TV wasn't so good. Not a good picture.
