When we had to pay, the price was not the same as in the booking on hotels.com, but very nice and clean hotel with very big rooms.

This is my second time staying at this hotel. A client of mine is in the area and has put me up here both times. A family owned and operated hotel and restaurant that is very well run. If you are used to big chain hotels, which you cannot find in towns like this, it will be a change for you, but is very comfortable and affordable. A complete breakfast is included. Staff are super friendly. You can also eat very well in the restaurant for dinner. I had a wonderful duck dish last evening as well as a traditional German soup.

Room is small and passage to bathroom is narrow Many Windows’s, good light Parking place cannot take all the guest cars, way to small and narrow Food in restaurant was served not at same time, there was 9 minutes between first dish served and last dish served, not good when hot food also get cold Noice in the room good not much from outside and other rooms

There computer system had canceled our Hotels.com reservation without notifying us. When we arrived with our confirmation number they said they had no idea why our reservation was canceled by their computer system and they had no rooms available. We were traveling through Germany with friends. Thankfully their reservations had not been canceled. We were able to sleep on one of their pull out couches instead of in our rental car. The hotel did not do anything to compensate us. They barely apologized for the inconvenience. We had been previous guests at this hotel. Since the remodel the customer service has dropped dramatically. There was also a very loud wedding party there that Saturday night. There was no sign that the hotel tried to control their unruly guests. Needless to say this was a very disappointing and stressful part of our vacation.

The stay was fine. Beds clean but a bit uncomfortable. Biggest problem was we were a group of 3 couples. Reservations had been made months in advance. When we checked in the reservation for one of the couples had been canceled accidentally by the hotel and they were completely booked. They were able to put 2 couples into a mini suite in which one of the couples had to sleep on a pull out sofa bed. They didn't even offer to comp the room. They charged the price of a single room instead of the cost of a mini -suite. We complained that this was not an acceptable compromise but they refused to offer any other discount. We were quite disappointed. Especially since the error was theirs.

The hotel is a real charm. The interior is very well maintained, the service is second to none, the food is absolutely fantastic. The small boutique hotel is fantastic, considering the price it has very few rivals.

Modern, clean hotel close to but not in central BM. No A/C. In room safe. The breakfast was fine. Plenty of the usual fare. Front desk lady was surely. The rest of the staff fine. Elevator on site. Easy walk to park/castle or BM town center.

Atmosphere looked good. The Bundschu's think they are better than anyone else... see my restaurant review and it will give you a feel for this place. This was the worst experience of my trip to Germany!
