Hideaway Inn Lenox

Very clean & cozy old Victorian with lots of charm; very comfy bed & pillows with nice crisp sheets. Balcony was very nice! Our check-in young lady was very welcoming & informative - even helped us with the TV - meant to get her name!

Fireplaces non-working, website stated continental breakfast included but only coffee available, clawfoot tub needed grab bar for safety - very hard to get out. We also would've appreciated a 2nd chair & directions to operate TV.

Convenient location to visit the area. Very large pleasant room, perfect for a family of 3.

Absence of food or drinks on a cold icy winter night.

Characterful building in a good location. The staff were helpful and friendly -good advice on restaurants.

The room was small - quite cramped as we were travelling with large cases. The bathroom had no surfaces on which to stand items and the plug in the basin had to be operated by reaching under/behind the basin and moving a lever which was wedged against the wall.

Location was good Bed was comfy

Too much single use plastic and paper used everywhere Bathroom was tiny No coffee or fridge in room

Cold , room & shower not that clean.rusty soap holders , gunk in shower. Room not cleaned well.

Tolle Lage in Lenox, alles fußläufig erreichbar. Wir hatten ein wunderbares Zimmer. das Frühstück war auch klasse. Sehr freundliches Personal
