Hideaway Inn Lenox

Older inn in fair condition. Staff friendly. Very good breakfast w/fruit, yogurt, pastries etc. Shower curtain structure for claw foot tub is leaky and unstable and caused water to spray everywhere. Reported at check out. Nail clippings on desk when we first walked in. Nightstand lightbulb flickering and reported on arrival. Bed very comfortable. Good choice for one night but would research other options if returning to area again.

The hot water was good. Great location.

Room had no charm, tiny, no chair. Bathroom was very dark.Bed had a soft uncomfortable mattress. No drawers to put clothing.

Staff was so friendly and helpful. The room was small and comfortable and the grounds were well kept.

Love the antique charm of this place. Our room is spacious. The bed is comfortable. The location is very convenient to walking to town. I especially love all the quiet spaces such as the porch and lounge for mingling with other guests or reading. I would definitely return here!

Old world charm. Great breakfast . Comfortable and clean bed . You hear people talking and walking through the walls though. I will still come back

Charming Victorian property in an idyllic neighborhood. Within walking distance to a variety of shops and restaurants. The rooms have been thoughtfully updated while retaining much of their original design features. Staff were warm and welcoming. The bed was very comfortable and the temperature controls were easy to navigate.

It appears to be something of a work in progress, but you can tell they’re really trying. The continental breakfast offerings were good, if not standard. The hard boiled eggs were the precooked store bought variety and had an unusual taste and texture. Everything was clean enough, but there was a certain amount of dust on surfaces in our room and in the common areas.

Almost no staff, dirty, and expensive. Location was good.

Perfect location, super cool B&B

Either you, Booking.com, or them had some kind of a hitch that didn’t get into their system & it was a hassle to check us in, but they tried really hard & accommodated us. However, I will now have to go back & make sure I wasn’t double charged which is another hassle. As for the place, it had a soaking tub, but the enamel was coming off the bottom which made it kind of gross to sit & soak when the enamel was flaking off into the water. 🤢
