Such a lovely couple runs this place. They went out of their way to make our stay comfortable, which meant so much while travelling with a baby. Their kindness and hospitality made our stay truly wonderful.

"all in all it was somewhere to lay your head on a night and have breakfast."

breakfast very good, room ok, cleanliness not to bad

shower not very powerful, trickled out . struggled to put water in kettle, needed bottle to top it up.

Exceptional Breakfast. The owners are Very knowledgeable about Blackpool. We really enjoyed our short stay and would visit again but maybe for a little longer.

Really friendly. Owners,made to feel welcomed. Good knowledge of area told us about trams,buses and where to get cheaper tickets. Breakfast was lovely and lots of choice 😋 . We would recommend and book again.
