"GOOD VALUE"

THE HOSTS ARE SO ACCOMMODATING THE BREAKFAST IS DEFINITELY VFM. THEY COULDN'T DO ENOUGH FOR YOU.THIS ESTABLISHMENT IS NICELY AWAY FROM ROWDY BLACKPOOL IF YOUR GOING WINTER GARDENS ITS A 30 MIN WALK FROM THERE BUT TRAM ETC ON THE DOORSTEP.

WE WAS IN THE STANDARD ROOM WHICH WAS ADEQUATE BUT BEING 6FT PLUS AND 58 INCJ CHEST THE BED WAS TOO SMALL THE SHOWER WAS A CHALLENGE.DONT GET ME WRONG IT WAS VALUE FOR MONEY AND WOULD STAU AGAIN IN A DIFFERENT ROOM.

"Excellent place to stay for our overnight pitstop."

My son and I stayed overnight, owners couldn't be nicer and incredibly welcoming. They offered great advice about getting the best prices for the local attractions and transport tickets. Would happily book this accommodation again.

There was nothing not to like, a well priced overnight stay, with great hosts.

Thoroughly enjoyed our one night stay as part of a longer trip Owners were so helpful and attentive gave us some great tips on transport and food places. Made to feel very welcome. Slight problem with shower which was explained with honesty on arrival, room itself was fine. Breakfast was great and set us up for the day Genuinely one my favourite stays in many visits to Blackpool We will be back....

This place is NOT a hotel. Even at this price point we expected much better. Old, tired, worn out and filthy. Booked for two nights, left after one. Scolding hot water in the very small shower. Just knock the control whilst getting washed and you will get burnt. Back of the toilet is leaking onto the floor. Worn out mattress. Burn mark on pillow case.Dirty cups and coffee pot at breakfast. I could go on and on.
