"Good for 1 night as a fairly last minute trip."

The owners were delightful and very attentive. Breakfast was delicious with a brilliant range and choice. Street parking which was brilliant. Ideal location to catch the trams into town / the attractions. We did a family £10 hop on / hop off ticket for the day which was brilliant value.

The room could do with an upgrade. The access to the plug sockets was difficult for 4 of us all needing access. The shower, although modern, made it very difficult to not get your hair wet! The dining room / bar / receptoon room is very cluttered and busy

Amazing owners who couldn't do enough for us - so lovely and friendly. Room was well stocked and well presented. Location was great.

Nothing - it was all good. Parking outside isn't too bad, you can always find somewhere on the same street.

The owners were exceptionally friendly and attentive. The mattress in our room didn't suit my back and we were instantly offered a change to a different room without asking. Breakfast quality and choice was better than many larger hotels.
