The Penrhyn

Not the poshest hotel in Blackpool but if you're looking for a great value for money place to stay this is a little gem, Hosts extremely friendly and helpful, rooms were bigger than several others in the area. Everywhere was clean and tidy and had a fantastic breakfast there to round off the weekend.

We stayed this weekend for our daughters 9th birthday. We informed Caron before arriving it was for her birthday and she arranged with us to have balloons sweets and banners in the room for our arrival...lovely touch and our daughter was very pleased. The hosts were very welcoming and made a fuss of the kids which is nice as a family when taking little ones away. We walked to the pub (the Gynn) for our evening meal which was extremely reasonable for a family of 4 to eat with mains drinks and kid pudding! We and then jumped an uber to Coral Island (it was very rainy)...but we got the tram back which takes you to the bottom of the road just a short walk up back to the B&B Breakfast was delicious and there was plenty of food. Thank you for a lovely warm welcoming stay

Very friendly helpful hosts! Nothing was to much trouble. Breakfast is first class and the choice is unbeatable!

Great welcoming staff. Provided us with a takeaway breakfast as we had an early morning start. Very informative. Comfy and clean beds.
