Only stayed for one night but was made to feel very welcome,it was great value and nothing seems to much trouble.If we returned to Blackpool would definitely stay here again.

Great friendly place. Laurie was very welcoming and very helpful. Breakfast was lovely with plenty of choice. Stayed in a family room which gave us extra room. The room was clean and comfy. Nice little touch having a bottle of water in the room.

We were just short of a seat to sit in.

Friendly owners, quiet area and good location

Carpets were dapt, carpets not properly cleaned as dust and dirt visible. Duvet worn out and mattress worn out. Shower not worker but was kindly taken to another room for showers

Breakfast was great Owners couldnt do enough for you Drinks at bar were very reasonably priced Rooms were comfortable Quiet area Good value for money

Could do with new matresses on the beds as you could feel every spring

The beds were not very comfortable and the bedding really needs replacing, it feels old and heavy and itchy. There was no curtains on the window so it was really light and there was a bit of mould on the wall above the window and on the bathroom shower curtain.
